For any movie, bookings start most probably a week before the release of that particular film. But a rare incident occurred for a highly anticipated Bollywood film. For the first time in Indian cinema history, Aamir Khan’s upcoming film ‘Talaash’ bookings have been opened in select theatres and that too when the film is still over 100 days away.
While patrons were in for a surprise when they realized that they could book tickets for Talaash well in advance, it is also a way for producers Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani to test audience curiosity much in advance.
Though in Hollywood this is a trend for major biggies, in case of Talaash it is all the more relevant since there have been multiple changes in plans for the film. In fact till a fortnight ago it had seemed that Aamir wanted some more changes in the film and hence had requested director Reema Kagti to make changes. A source says, “All of that was mere speculation but this is the real truth. Aamir is through with ‘Satyameva Jayate’ and would be working backwards now to execute his 100 days plan. Expect the promotional campaign to kick-start any time now.”
Talaash Trailer which was released few days ago got viral response and this Aamir is seen romancing his hot heroines Kareena Kapoor and Rani Mukherjee. Aamir is undoubtedtly king of box office and now this incident shows the craze of Aamir Khan.
